چکیده
Abstract Introduction The adverse physiological consequences of cancer therapy have been recognized for some years. However, Cardio-Oncology aims to detect and manage cardiac dysfunction induced by treatment (Cardiotoxicity) one the strategies used is physical exercise, which has shown benefits in cardiovascular fitness patients with cancer; therefore, this clinical trial like objective determine effects Moderate Intensity Continuous Training (MICT) High Interval (HIIT) on cardiotoxicity antitumoral treatment. Methodology Randomized controlled 3 years 4 months a sample 753 stage II (Prostate cancer, breast, colorectal, thyroid, cervico-uterine, lung, stomach, liver) distributed groups (MICT, HIIT control group). Echocardiogram, biomarkers, stress test, hemodynamic parameters, risk factors, hematological samples blood glucose lipid profile were identified. In addition, 6-minute walk, anthropometry, quality life, fatigue, sarcopenia, depression, anxiety. tests performed before after 36 session 70-minute training, times per week. A database was created results questionnaires pre post training. Then, descriptive statistics carried out estimate, normality data assessed Kolmogorov-Smirnov test indication specificity evident all analyzes. Also, through Tukey ANOVA analysis variance (two-way variance) used, subsequently, hoc assess characteristics different age groups, gender anthropometry. cases, significance level 5% (p= <0.05). Results After exercise program, there an increase ejection fraction (EG1: 37±3 vs 41±3; EG2: 39±4 47±5; CG: 40±3 40±1; p<0.05). fact, higher values observed Vo2p experimental group 2-HIIT (7.7±6.4 9.8±3.9) compared 1-MICT (8.0±4 8.5±3) (9.0±5.6 9.2±3.9). Likewise, systolic pressure (139±11 129±2), diastolic (86±6 80±1), maximum heart rate (168±11 179±8) life (109±12 76.5±10). It possible show significant changes variables MICT <0.05) group. Conclusions improved ventricular fraction, tolerance, anxiety, strength, vo2p, MHR, fatigue associated others lipidic life. it demonstrate greater It's noteworthy that without decreased vo2 muscular force increased depression Funding Acknowledgement Type funding sources: Private company. متن کاملHigh Intensity Interval Training Vs Moderate Intensity Continuous Training in the Management of Metabolic Type Disease
Previously, the use of moderate-intensity continuous training (MICT) has generally been considered the most beneficial exercise treatment modality for the prevention/management of metabolic type disease. More recently, however, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) has emerged into the clinical setting as a potential alternative to traditional MICT in the management of such diseases, but the ...
متن کاملEffect of 4 Weeks Preconditioning with High Intensity Interval Training and Moderate Intensity Continuous Training on Brain Levels of TNF-Α and TLR4 in Male Wistar Rats
Introduction: Inflammation in the brain is known as neuroinflammation and increases TNF-α (Tumor necrosis factor alpha) secretion and activates the TLR4 (Toll-like receptor 4) pathway. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of 4 weeks preconditioning with high intensity intermittent training (HIIT) and moderate intensity training (MICT) on TNF-α and TLR4 levels in male Wistar rats. M...

Introduction: Cardiotoxicity is an unavoidable complication after chemotherapy. The present study investigated the effect of 12 weeks of aerobic exercise (high-intensity interval training or moderate-intensity continuous training) with and without blood flow restriction on some anthropometric indices in women with breast cancer who had chemotherapy-induced cardiotoxicity. Methods: Twenty breas...
